Room available to rent in Stepney Green

Looking for someone to replace me in my contract.
Room available to rent in 4 bedroom flat with 3 existing female flat mates. Flat mates all very friendly, love to cook, but tend to cook at odd times as they sleep quite late at night. One flat mate likes to have friends over every other day. Smoking, drinking all fine, but smoking outside of the flat please. Good flat if you have a similar sleep schedule in that you are also up quite late. Social flat, so good if you like to meet new people every few days.
Flat is in an excellent location, near parks in Stepney Green. Flat is 7 minutes away from queen mary university to ideal for queen mary students and is close to stepney tube station and Sainsburys and Co-op. Shared living room (currently being used as storage room as is quite small) and front and back garden (front is a bit overgrown though) and common kitchen with dining table and chairs. One split bathroom (toilet and sink and bath separate rooms) upstairs. Bedroom I'm looking to rent is the smallest but is very light and airy and fits a double bed and is a nice cosy room!
