Double Room in Stepney Green flat with backyard

Sadly one of our housemates is moving so we are looking for his replacement.

The room: Has recently received a fresh coat of paint. Comes with a double bed, desk, wardrobe for £750/month +bills (approx. £95/month). Available from mid December.

The flat : between Stepney Green and Bethnal green tube stations it is really well connected with every form of transport from buses, tube, overground to plenty of cycle paths. The flat itself is 2 levels, 4 bed, 1 1/2 bath with a combined lounge/dining and a small balcony and has a backyard space even though we are on the second floor. It has all the necessities and although a little older it has decent upkeep from our landlord and we love its quirks.

The flatmates: we are all very outgoing people who keep ourselves busy but also enjoy having a quiet night in during the week. The flat is certainly our home and not just a place to sleep so we do like to hang out together and catch up over a tea or drink every now and then.

1x Aussie girl Danica teaching food and hospitality in a high school.
1x Aussie girl Ramona working in a teaching agency.
1x you? Chilled out, reliable, tidy, has an income, house trained, toilet trained, wanting to find a home, happy to do your own thing but also have the odd chill out and drink with us.
