Double room in Mile End/Stepney

Hello,

I'm a languages student with a spare double bedroom in a two bedroom, two bathroom flat located a 10ish minute walk from Mile End, Stepney Green and Limehouse tube stations in East London.

The flat is located a 10 minute walk away from Queen Mary University and the 25, 205 and 339 bus routes as well as Mile End Park and the Regent's Canal.

The flat is bright and airy, with a balcony in the living room. The living room and kitchen is one big space with a table and chairs, large sofa bed for guests, record player and speakers and a tv with Chromecast. The kitchen has a washer/dryer, a large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. (In addition to a lot of useless unitasking gadgets such as a blow torch and a vacuum sealer!) There's a balcony with a small table and chairs where you can smoke if needed and on which I am attempting to create a small herb garden. Off-street bicycle storage and occasional car parking is available.

There are two bathrooms in the flat, I have an en-suite and there is a family bathroom (for you).

The bedroom is south-facing and there are blackout blinds on the window. The room currently has a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
There is a Lidl, Co-op and Sainsbury's only a 10 minute walk away from the flat.

Although I am a student, I'm looking for a mature individual to share my home with, and for someone who is willing to to make the small effort of keeping the place tidy. Looking for someone who is tidy and sociable but yet is respectful of alone time.

I'm a native Welsh and English speaker and study French and Russian and have basic Spanish skills. I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with, message me if you have any questions or to arrange a viewing.

The flat is also occupied by Lolita, my hairless cat. She is a friendly and independent individual.
