Lovely double in spacious, plant-filled house

Hello flat hunters :)

After 5 great years in this house I'm moving on, which means my lovely double room is available! The room is in a spacious four-bed house in E1 - just 9 minute walk to Stepney Green station, 12 minute walk to Bethnal Green, and right by the canal. It's a great spot.

The rent is £525 plus bills (bills come to around £70). You can move in right away - date flexible.

Here's a little message from my housemates (the lovely folks you'd be living with):

"Hey all! Welcome to our home, we are a chill bunch, all veg and into nerdyness, good food, wine and design! We would love to have someone join the house that wants to have a friendly atmosphere and hang out during these fun times. The space is near organic shops and many green spaces such as Vicky park and the canal. Working space would be in the kitchen / living room. There are two girls and one guy (he's currently in France, back soon), ages 26-30. Girls and LGBTQ preferred! Look forward to meeting you soon x"
