First Floor Double Room in Stepney Green Townhouse

This add has had a lot of interest so please be patient. We are looking for someone between the ages of 25-30 and who is LGBT+ friendly. Please no students.

You might have seen our previous ad, we are a house of four looking to replace a current tenant from the 01/10/2022 URGENTLTY as we had someone lined up who dropped out. We share a lovely townhouse with plenty of space in the heart of Stepney Green. The room is cheap as we benefit from a very relaxed private landlord agreement. There is also the added bonus of no deposit! Bills are not included and amount to roughly £120 a month, but reduced in the coming months.

ABOUT THE ROOM:

Are you a night owl? Do you want the freedom to come and go as you please without disturbing other housemates? Do you love to garden? Then this room might be for you! Located on the first floor of the house, it shares a wall with the living room and has access to the garden. There is an understanding that with permission others can access the garden. The room is unfurnished with the possibility of purchasing some of the furniture from the current tenant. You will share a bathroom with two other people in the house.

AMENETIES:

Built recently, the house benefits from proper heating and is in good condition. The house has a shared living room on the first floor with attached kitchen. There is potential for a parking space if approved by the council. The house also has a small backyard with a BBQ.

The area benefits from loads of places to eat, pubs and amenities including a library and a short walk to Victoria Park. We are situated a 30 second walk from the tube station which is very well connected, taking only 15 minutes to the city centre. The street is friendly, with an annual street party and christmas party.

A LITTLE ABOUT US:

We are a mixed group of four girls (mostly in the arts) who are from all around the world. We are social but like to respect each others space. We like a group pub sesh and big communal dinners. We are currently all professionals and we like to keep the relaxed and respectful vibe of the house.

Interests include but are not limited to: Hiking, photography, museums, techno and crappy TV!
