I am happy to post this advert for our newly renovated double room. The property has been completely renovated few months ago with new rooms, kitchen and bathrooms.

Your room is at the first floor overlooking the garden.

There are only 3 rooms in the property to share the 2 bathrooms so you with only share them two other people.
All the rooms in the property are double rooms but we have decided to let them as single rooms to avoid overcrowding.

The current tenants would prefer another female but we are open to rent to clean, tidy and sensible males.
We are looking for someone clean and educated but also funny and outgoing.

All the bills, utilities, council tax and internet are included.

My wife and me are the landlords, there are no agents involved and we are very hands on and ready to solve any problems you might have.
