Location: E1 4RR, in Mile End/Stepney Green area. Flat overlooks Regents' Canal. Walking distance to Mile End, Stepney Green and Limehouse stations (each about 10 mins walk, also about 20 mins walk to Whitechapel which is on the Elizabeth line).
I've lived in this flat for 2 years and I genuinely really like it and recommend it highly.
Contract is 10-12 months .(exact length tbc, but will be in that range).
N. B. flatmate must be queer-friendly.
Vegetarian preferred, although not a non-negotiable.
Council tax: Band C.
I am a PhD student so I don't pay council tax; if you are also a student then this obviously will also be true for you - but if you are not, then be aware that you would have to pay the council tax for the flat in full.
