2 bed flat situated on the edge of the canal right next to Mile End Park, within the gated Gray Court complex. 12 min walk from Mile End station, 7 min walk from Queen Mary's University and 25 min walk from Canary Wharf, with easy access for students and professionals. Limehouse DLR and a large Lidl are both a 10 min walk away, and all the restaurants and pubs of Mile End, Stepney Green and Limehouse are within 15 mins walk.

There is one current tenant (Ellie). I am 27 and work as a management consultant 3-5 days a week from the office. I have lived in this flat for 3 years and loved it. My current flatmate is going travelling for summer between jobs so this is a short let only for a furnished room (including desk) I enjoy playing netball, having chill nights in cooking, going to shows across London, travelling, adventurous activities and having a nice G&T and watching trash TV after work. I'm looking for someone likeminded to enjoy and respect the flat together.

We have a really spacious and light living room with two large sofas, TV, dining table and chairs and many plants! The kitchen is recently renovated and fully equipped with fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Locked, underground bike parking available in communal courtyard.

The room is £880 per month including water and broadband. Council tax (band C - about £70 per month) and electricity are additional (approx £35) per month. Deposit for discussion.
