Double room& private bathroom near Central London

Hi,
I have to move out from this amazing flat to live with my boyfriend and I am gonna handover my existing contract to someone. It will be ending 31st of Jan 2025, but it is definetly extendable. I'll ideally move out on the 31st of May, and the flat will come available on the 1st of June. These dates can be vary 3-5 days, due to my new move in date.

The flat is in an amazing location:
- 4 min walking distance to Stepney Green
underground station; District, Circle, Hammersmith &City lines
- 12 min on foot to Whitechapel underground station; Elizabeth, District, Circle, Hammersmith &City lines
- 12-13 min walking distance to Bethnal Green Overground and Central Line
- 20-25 min walking distance to Shoreditch, Liverpool St area
- There are many bus connections as well.

The room comes with a large wardrobe, a night table, and a comfy double bed with a storage under. The other stuff; shelf unite, white night table, mirror are mine and will be moving out, so there will be enough space for a desk and chair. The flat is 2-bed flat, and since the other room is en-suite, the main bathroom is privately yours!

There is everything you need in the open plan kitchen as well; a dishwasher, cookware, a large fridge with a freezer. The building is quite new and there is a parking area which is suitable to rent monthly. The living room has a modern style decoration with a leather sofa and a large TV.

There is a lift and a bin room in the building which makes easier to take out the rubbish.

The current flatmate is the best flatmate to live with. He is 34, working in finance and working 2 days at office, 3 days at home.

The bills comes around £190-200 on the top of the rent and a cleaner comes every 2 weeks for £30 monthly per person.
