A single room in Zone 2 with fantastic transport links.
Stepney Green Station (District Line/ Hammersmith and City)
10min walk
Limehouse (DLR)
10min walk
Mile End (Central Line)
10-15min walk
You get into central London with ease with the choice of multiple lines never stuck for options. Also perfect for Canary Wharf and links to financial district.
Rent is £180pw which works out as £780pcm which for zone 2 London is really good.

Amenities:
Supermarkets such as Sainsburys, Tesco are close by. With a bigger Asda store a 10-15min walk away.
Right next to Mile End Leisure centre and running track. A number of other gyms local too.
10-15min walk away is Genesis Cinema which is incredible and so good to have a cinema so close.
Plenty pubs in the area too including a Wetherspoons a 10min walk away which you’d struggle to find somewhere cheaper in London for a pint.

The room itself is comfortable and spacious for a single compared to others on here. Plenty of storage space and within the flat there is a communal storage area.
It compromises of a Single bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a desk and chair with also a mirror.

The flat itself has 5 bed rooms and two bathrooms, one being en-suite and belongs to the largest room.
So you are only sharing the bathroom with 3 others, in my 6 months here I’ve never once had to wait to use the bathroom in the morning.
There is a weekly cleaner that comes like clockwork and cleans the communal areas throughly so never have to worry about rotas and who is cleaning what.
The kitchen comes fully equipped which most of the house mates barely use. There’s a dishwasher and a washing/drying machine combo.
There is also fast WiFi provided too.

The flatemates are quiet and accommodating. The nature of the property it does not have a living room so it is quiet and during the day the flat is mostly empty.
One flatmate works from home and she lives in the big room with the en-suite.
One works in finance and works a traditional 9-5 hours.
Another is a student and shares a lot of time between home and the flat so a lot of the time will be gone.
Lastly the 4th works away from home Monday to Friday most weeks.
So even though there’s 5 people living in the flat it certainly doesn’t feel like it!

There’s options of virtual viewings and viewings by video call. Which is great if moving to London and not living in the area already which proved useful for when I moved here.
All Bills are included with there being a fair use limit on energy bills but whole flat is electric thankfully.

I am moving out for work to move into West London.

Now the boring bit
The property is agency run and always been on the ball with any issues that have arisen.
The agency will require the the following:

1 week holding deposit which will be deducted from your first rent payment,

3 month bank statements/ Payslips
Employer reference
Landlord reference
Passport ID
Security deposit is 5 weeks (due only after everything is verified)
Protected under mydeposits. co. uk
If moving to London to start a new job then you will need a *UK* based guarantor.

Any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
