Looking for a new housemate to join me in a 2 bed flat in Stepney Green for £950 pcm, from mid June. It’s a double-bed sized room that comes unfurnished, but with an ensuite bathroom. My current housemate is moving out to go live with her sister and dog.
🏠 The flat
It’s a converted pub, with a large open plan living room, dining room, kitchen situation (complete with a dishwasher) on the ground floor. The bedrooms and bathrooms are at basement level. Bills are roughly an additional £140 pcm. We’re super close to the District and Hammersmith lines, and the Central line is a short walk away. But there’s space for a bike in the hallway, and we’ve got a parking spot around the back on the building.
We’ve been here just over a year and the tenancy ends in March 2026. It’s managed by an estate agent. The deposit is £980.50 pp. Council tax band C.
