This gorgeous room is available unfurnished for £920 per month, excluding bills, from 1st September.

You’ll be taking the biggest room in the flat - a large double with a huge built-in wardrobe overlooking a beautiful park across the street, and plenty of space for a desk and chest of drawers.

You’ll be living with a couple Sam (32) and Josh (30), two professionals who have very busy jobs but love to share a bottle of wine and chat in front of the telly when they can, and equally spend plenty of time to themselves and outside the flat.

The area is fantastic with great connections to the City, lots of shops and pubs nearby, and some beautiful quiet parks. Stepney Green station (District, Hammersmith & City) is 7 mins away, Mile End (Central) is 12 mins away, and Whitechapel (Elizabeth, Overground) is 19 mins away. Victoria Park is a nice walk away up the Regent’s Canal, and there are many buses that can take you to Hackney Wick, Dalston, Stratford etc. 

We're looking for a decent, kind human who has a similar work / social rhythm to us. Tidiness, cleanliness and respect of the space is a given. We quite often like to do our own things (separately and together) and would hope that the third is able to do the same, but we'd definitely love someone to join in on occasional dinners, rotting in front of the TV on weekdays and impromptu pub trips. We're definitely not a party house but we do enjoy hosting a Christmas gathering or people round once in a blue moon (our food spreads are starting to get out of hand).

The flat has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 WC, a huge kitchen and a spacious living room, as well as a cute balcony overlooking the city. It’s in a quiet, modern building with virtually no noise from neighbours. There’s lift access and a secure entrance, as well as a communal garden for residents.
