Hi! I'm Frankie and I'm looking for a replacement to take over the tenancy for my double room in a large double storey maisonette with outdoor private patio and large communal gardens.

The flat:
The flat has a lovely huge living room with amazing recliner sofa, 3 toilets for 3 people (one room is en-suite), and you'll only be sharing the main bathroom with one other person.

My room has large built in mirrored wardrobes with loads of storage and a double bed- I got the landlord to replace this for me when I moved in so frame and mattress are less than a year old. We have a washer/ dryer (the dryer actually works!) and a dishwasher.

The housemates:
You'll be living with 2 lovely girls aged 23 and 28. One works as a software developer and the other works in marketing. We have a nice vibe in the flat, we watch TV and films together, host the occasional dinner and drinks and go for meals and coffee walks. We like spending time together but also like chilling by ourselves/ seeing friends. I'm only moving out because I'm moving in with my boyfriend before the tenancy ends.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a nice, friendly and social person to move in. To keep the vibe of the flat, we're looking for women only, sorry! Ideally you'd want to chill with the girls in the evenings, but we don't mind if you prefer to keep to yourself. We're not a party flat and we're very clean, so would want someone who is the same to move in.

The tenancy:

The tenancy is up for renewal the 27th September. At this time you can either renew the tenancy, or move out. I think the girls will be moving out so you have the chance to change rooms/ fill the other 2 with people of your choice. This isn't a sublet, you'll be added to the tenancy agreement (I'll pay for the name change). The flat rarely gets cold so we don't spend much on bills- usually these come to £100 a month including council tax. We have Netflix, Prime, Disney and other streaming services.

Location:
The flat is an amazing location for anyone working in Canary Wharf or the City- it's 10 minutes to Canary Wharf on the DLR and 15 minutes to Bank. We have the District and Hammersmith and City line at Stepney, the DLR in Limehouse and the Central line in Mile End.

I've put the flat up as available on the 26th July, but I can move out on the 20th if needed! I'd just ask thay you pay me the weeks rent for this (rent is paid on the 26th :))
