Hi! We are 4 medics (2 latter year med students and 2 newly qualified doctors) looking for a working professional to fill our spare room in our 5 bedroom house in Stepney Green.

Our house is located 5 minutes away from Stepney Green station and nearby shops, with a convenience store only 30 seconds away!

Our spare room is a double bedroom with plenty of storage and a collapsible desk included. It is available for a year contract starting the last week of July 2024 (exact date TBC asap) for £680 pcm (council tax band E).

With yourself there will be 3 working professionals in the house, with council tax set at £683 each for the year.

We are lucky to have lots of communal space in our house:
- Lounge
- Large kitchen
- Garden with shelter and shed
- Utility cupboard with lots of storage
- 2 full bathrooms (one with seperate shower cubicle and toilet with sink)
- Access to the loft for further storage
