4b2b shared house near Queen Mary University of London in East London is looking for a yearly rental female roommate from this September. Me and another roommate are both QM PhD students.
The former roommate vacated two rooms after graduation, a large living room remodelled room and a smaller room. The rent for each room is different.
The shower room and the toilet are separate.
Only about 6 minutes walk to Queen Mary University of London and about 6 minutes to Stepney green tube station. There are Sainsbury, Tesco and many other shopping places nearby. (It’s better if you are a student)
Room 1: the biggest double room in the ground floor, furnished with desk, chair and wardrobe
Room 2: another available double room upstairs furnished with desk, chair and one large wardrobe.
Bills: approx 50£ per person, which depends on the usage.
