Lovely En-Suite Available From August!

Hello Hello! TL; DR: £1050 ppm, moving-in date 20th August, bills not included (£80 to £120 ppm), zone 2 E1 Stepney Green.

I'm Adriana (they/them), 25, genderfluid and Portuguese! I am just the lead tenant, the flat is run by an agency.

The flat is a really nice place, with a large kitchen and sitting room with lots and lots of natural light! We even have a balcony!

**Costs**
En-suite - £1000 ppm.
Utilities + Council Tax (band E) between £80 to £120 ppm (summer vs winter).
Deposit is £1000.
Benefits are sadly not accepted by the agency.

**The Area.**
Stepney Green tube station really nearby so on the District and the Hammersmith & City lines. The station only has normal stairs, no escalators or lifts. It is just one station away from the Central, DLR and Overground lines. Really close to a Tescos Express and an Asda! so great for groceries. A really nice indie cinema and independent cafe both in the area. The cinema is only £5 on Thursdays, which is great since you said you love movies!

If you're into the gym I go to GymGroup and its only 15mins walk.

**Accessibility**
The flat is all even and with no interior steps. The en-suite bathroom has a shower. It's on the third floor, which does have to lifts for access. Keyfob access into the building, normal key for the flat, both relatively heavy.

Moving in date is the 20th of August but the agency wants people confirmed by the end of July so pls let me know it is sounds good to you!
