The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobes, and desk. It's spacious and has a large window which lets in lots of light and lovely afternoon sun. The rest of the house has a shared kitchen, living room, and most importantly courtyard and garden! You’ll share the bathroom with one other person.

HOUSEMATES: You will be living with a chilled and friendly group of late 20s professionals. We're looking for a clean, fun and easygoing housemate to hang out with occasionally, watch films, go for a drink, but equally respectful of staying in your room for alone time. We work hybrid schedules so would be in and out the house – busy but always up for dinner/ a chat/ drinks. 🙂

COSTS:
£950/ month + bills (about £90)
Deposit: £865 which will be paid to the tenant you are replacing

IMPORTANT DATES:
Move in date ~ Sept 16th (can be flexible). Would be a month sublet then joining the contract in October to March

REFERENCING
Reference checks will be done which cost £50. You must be full time employed, with no adverse credit, and earning minimum £30,000.
