Looking for a roommate to take over my current tenancy as I am going travelling!

The Interior  
One ground floor double bedroom, with built in double spacious wardrobe and double bed. Bathroom with a bath tub and shower included. Large mirror and shelf area for storage. Large living area with two sofas, TV, dining table that sits four and bookshelf. 
Separate kitchen to living area - conventional oven and electric hob. Plenty of storage for 2 people. Including a washer/dryer. WiFi included. 

The exterior 
This apartment is on the ground floor of a converted church building. There is a small gated communal garden which is maintained by Akelius. To access the property, you will have fob access through the first gate, then another fob and key to get through the next two doors. As you will be on the ground floor you also have doors in the living room which lead out to a small garden area. Which is great in the summer, we leave them open often and dry our clothes outside. Includes bike storage.

The area
Zone 2 with a 1 postcode. You are a short 5 minute walk from Stepney Green station (district line) and 8 minute walk to Bethnal Green station (central line) and Bethnal Green park. I have really enjoyed living here, the proximity to London fields and Hackney is great for foodies, nights out and to lounge in the park or the lido. Also Spitafield market is in walking distance. A large Sainsbury’s is approximately 12 minutes walk away and if you’re a thrifty king/queen like me then you’ll love to know there is a Lidl 30 mins walk away (I cycle and it takes me 10). The gym group is 8 mins walk. 

Your roomie - Eleanor
Eleanor is in her early thirties, works Monday-Friday full time as a nurse. She has escaped the shift life of nursing so does not do shift work. She is independent, likes fashion and is a good runner.

Sophie (me)
I have lived here for 15 months with Eleanor and have loved the space. It is quiet, the area is off the street so you feel protected and safe. You’ll be taking my room so I’ll swap keys with you so you can meet me and I can keep in contact to answer any questions when I leave. 
Bills come to £150 a month (ish), including wifi, gas and elec, water, council tax.
