Hey all, I’m leaving my flat and have a small double going in East London E1 :)
- £850 PCM
- £90-100 bills including TV, WiFi, and cleaner every 2 weeks
- Available now - ideally filled by 24 Sep for the contract renewal!

7 min walk to Stepney Green station, 10 mins to Whitechapel and 15mins to Shadwell DLR. big Asda at the end of the road and big sainsburys towards Whitechapel. Also genesis cinema and loads of coffee shops nearby!

It’s a 3 bed flat on the first floor with living room and 1 bathroom. It’s in a friendly building with a gorgeous courtyard, there’s even a beehive!

The room comes with the bed, mattress and open wardrobe (pictured). Very bright room with a big window (double glazed).

You’d be sharing with Yanni and Eden (both kiwi & a couple) and Thom (a brit) who are working professionals, mid-late 20s. LGBTQ+ friendly.
Friendly chatty house but also have our own lives / respect everyone’s space, try and get together for a meal every month when calendars align!
Landlord is chill, hands off but gets things fixed quickly.

You’d need to pass referencing checks including proof of work, bank statements, landlord and work references.

You’d also need to pay a non-refundable insurance deposit of £300 via Reposit, which includes an admin fee to change the name.
