Two Stunning Rooms Available in a Huge Townhouse

Hey!

We are a group of 3 professionals in our twenties (Will, Sophie & Tyler) who have put down a holding deposit on a really lovely house on a quiet residential street near Stepney Green. We are looking for 2 people in their twenties/thirties to join us in this new adventure.

There's two rooms available (move-in for all of us is 30th August).

Room 1 - £1300 pcm - Absolutely huge Ground Floor room running the length of the house. Biggest room available in the house. Original exposed flooring, two fireplaces. It's huge, it's glorious, and has garden windows.

Room 2 - £975 pcm - Large Double room on the Lower Ground Floor which I believe has access to a small patio area out front.

All room prices incl ours are exclusive of all bills. We anticipate bills being on average £100 each pcm.

The house is stunning.
An immense amount of space, original period features, recently had new carpets fitted, walls painted etc. 2 bathrooms, shared living room, big tiled kitchen, huge open garden.

We're looking for people able to commit ASAP, and to commence paperwork in the next day or two. Move-in is 30th Aug.
