About the space: a very spacious three bed house across three floors on a quiet dead end road. The living room is huge/open plan with a dinning table, perfect for relaxing/socialising and good sized kitchen. French windows open out onto the patio so it’s nice and light (perfect for larger plant collections!) The bedroom available is on the second floor across from the bathroom and is spacious with desk space and build in wardrobes.
Location: perfect location and so well connected which is such a plus. Stepney Green tube (district/Hammersmith+city) could not be closer, overground access from Whitechapel and central line from Mile End. We’re a 25 minute walk to Victoria park along the canals, 30mins to brick lane/columbia road and a short 15mins to Bethnal Green. Lots of great independent restaurants, pubs and wine bars.
About us: you’ll be living with two girls, myself Connie (27) and Freya (28). We love living here and are looking for a girl who wants to become friends but also have their own circle/plans. We love strolling around the parks/markets nearby, going out and trying new restaurants and pubs and of course the occasional day festival/larger night out. Really keen for it to be a nice relaxed house where we recoup, do some house meals together and pub trips.
Price: £1,125K per month without bills (approx £150)
