A sunny bedroom for rent in spacious 4 bed flat in Stepney Green. Available June 1st onwards for £960 a month excluding bills (Rent: £960 / Bills: £119 including a cleaner).
The bedroom is about 10m2 and looks out onto a park area. It gets lots of morning sun. The room comes furnished with a beautiful vintage steel framed bed, a built in wardrobe and a small desk. Flat is recently refurbished and looking really great with wooden floors throughout!

We have a pretty spacious living/dining room connected to a very nice galley-style kitchen. The living room has a balcony looking onto a small park. There is a separate toilet and bathroom upstairs.

The flat is really well located, down a quiet, leafy side-street, yet less than 5 mins walk from Stepney Green tube station. We are also very close to the awesome independent Genesis cinema.

A little about who we are hoping to find- we would prefer someone in the 20's age bracket, ideally 25-30. And of course would be great if they are up for socialising a little when we have dinners together etc

A little about your future housemates- we are Alex (South African, Tatoo Artist), Heli and Arkadeepra (Political policy). We are all very easy going and are looking for another housemate who wants to be part of this. We are pretty busy people but likewise occasionally enjoy cooking together, having said that we all enjoy our own space too!
