We are looking for a new housemate take over our friends en-suite double room in our beautiful Stepney Green/Bethnal Green home!

Available to move in on the 26th of October.

The property is conveniently located right between Stepney and Bethnal Green, about 5 mins walk either direction!

The property is a 3 story, 2 bed/2 private bathroom flat with a huge garden that gets lots of sunshine, all day long! There is also separate toilet on the group floor. The flat is in a very secure, gated Church Conversion, with our flat benefitting from a private entrance in one of the chapels off the main building.

The room is located on the second floor which is entirely your own, with a huge en-suite with a bath, and lots of built in storage.

Room comes part furnished (bed and bedframe). There’s also access to private parking if you need.

We are looking for someone who is down to earth, tidy, and enjoys hanging out occasionally in the evening, but also someone has their own thing going on here in London.

You will be living with myself (Betsy, 28) and my boyfriend (George, 30). We are on the top floor of the property with a separate office + bathroom and often work from home, with about 1 day a week in office each.

The rent is £ 1,200 + bills (about 140p/m)
