🏡 Looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to join me in my lovely 2-bedroom flat in Stepney Green for 3-6 months.

I’ve put a lot of effort into making the space feel homely and stylish, so I’d love someone who’ll respect and enjoy the environment!

About the Flat:
- Spacious, modern 2nd-floor apartment with large windows and plenty of natural light
- Fully furnished, open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with a big TV
- Balcony with stunning views of Canary Wharf and the city
- Located close to the canal (ideal for walks to Victoria Park/Hackney), and just a short walk from Stepney Green Station (District and Hammersmith & City lines)
- Safe, secure building with a courtyard garden
- Supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and parks all nearby
- You’d share a bathroom with me (bath/shower, large mirrored cabinet)
- Lots of storage space throughout the flat

The Room:
- Double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, double bed, bedside table, and space for more furniture
- I’m happy to add a desk or chest of drawers if needed

About Me:
- I’m a 29-year-old working in digital marketing. I spend 2-3 days a week at the office and work from home in the living room on the other days.
- I love cooking, exercise classes, and exploring new places in London. I enjoy socializing but also value some downtime.
- I’m vegetarian, so it would be great if you are too (but it’s not a dealbreaker).

What I’m Looking For:
- Ideally, someone who doesn’t work from home full-time
- A female aged 25-35 who is tidy, down-to-earth, and friendly
- I’d love to get along well and hang out from time to time—whether it’s watching TV, going out for dinner or a pub night—but also respect each other’s personal space.
