Large and comfy room in E1

I am renting this large room in E1, near to Whitechapel and Stepney Green station.
The room is very comfortable and spacious, with a nice patio in front. It is situated in a quiet street.
The room is furnished with a double bed, a large desk, a wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers and a sofa.

The house features 2 toilets (one bathroom with a shower) and a kitchen. There is another garden in the backyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities (microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, boiler).

The other flatmates are all nice and quiet.

The rent is 910£ with all bills included. The deposit is for the first and last month of rent (1820£).

To rent the room the following is required:
- Proof of studies for next academic year or last 3 months payslips if in full time employment
- Last 3 months bank statements
- Passport copy (and visa copy or right to rent share code if applies)
- Previous landlord contact details

Students and/or people working part time or unemployed will also require a suitable UK based guarantor.

Should any of the tenants requiring a guarantor not have a suitable one, an additional month rent will need to be paid by the tenant(s) without suitable guarantor which will be used towards the last month of the tenancy.

The contract will start from the 23rd of January and last until the 23rd September 2025.
