Rooms available in Stepney/Lime House/ Shadwell

Hello! We're looking to fill our lovely flat on the top floor of our building, just 8-10 minutes walk away from Shadwell and Limehouse DLR stations and a short walk to Stepney Green and Whitechapel tube stations. So it is only 20-30 minutes to centre! The flat is over 2 floors on the 4th floor of a block of flats in lovely Arbour Square. The property consists of 5 bedrooms with 2 WCs and a shower room, kitchen and lounge. There is no lift.

I am moving out as I am going back home for a month and then moving closer to work. You will be sharing with 2 other males and 1 female, all professionals and helpful people.

Two rooms are up for rent as follows:

Single room - £700 pm, available from 1 December 2024 (flexible)
Double room- £825 pm, available now

Deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent required.

All rooms are for single occupants only.

Rent includes budgeted bills, council tax, and a weekly cleaner for common spaces.

Note- The bed frame in the single room is now new (the picture is older), so there is ample storage space even under the bed.

We’re looking for someone who are 20-30 something, who is responsible and house trained adults that know how to clean after themselves without having to be told, for instance do not pile up dishes by the kitchen sink. All are working professional, so we want someone who respects quite time at night. We respect each other's spaces and make sure we have a cosy joint space, as well as our own freedom in our rooms, but are also happy to chat and be there for the other if someone needs anything.
