3 young professionals (2 girls, 1 guy) looking for a new housemate to replace one who is sadly moving out. I’m Sophie (the housemate that’s leaving) who will answer all your messages!
👯♀️ABOUT US
George (30) and Fenna (31) are friends who have lived together for a few years now. Amelia (26) moved in last year. Everyone’s mates and gets on really well in the flat. George is an accountant, Fenna is a therapist and Amelia is a civil servant. Everyone does a mix of office and WFH. Everyone is friendly and happy to socialise when they’re home, but also fairly busy jobs/lives so may not be around every evening!

We would love a flatmate who is friendly/sociable but also happy to do their own thing.
You would be taking over mid-tenancy from myself, so the contract will end on 21 August 2026.
🌳ABOUT THE AREA
Less than 10 min walk to both Bethnal Green and Stepney Green tube stations for Central and District line
15 min walk to Whitechapel for Overground and Elizabeth line
We’re really close to a massive Sainsbury’s and Bethnal Green Gardens for some green space.
🏡ABOUT THE FLAT/ROOM
Flat is modern and recently refurbed with a big living room and kitchen, and we have a balcony! All the furniture is pretty new and matches well.
The room is really spacious (I will miss it dearly for this reason) and comes with a bed, mattress, large desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe. All matching white Ikea furniture in good condition.
💵PRICE
Rent is £975 a month, deposit is £1096. Bills usually come to around £100 at the minute, will be less when it gets warmer!
🗓️WHEN
The move-in date is 14th April but we can be slightly flexible. The agency will need to do reference checks and we are keen to get the process started ASAP.
