Bethnal/Stepney Homely Flat with Garden

Sadly one of our housemates is moving so we are looking for her replacement.

The room: Comes with a double bed (lots of under bed storage), bedside table, book shelf and single wardrobe, but we also have available storage outside the room). £650month +bills (approx. £100/month). Available from 10th March.

The flat: between Stepney Green and Bethnal green tube stations it is really well connected with every form of transport from buses, tube, overground to plenty of cycle paths. The flat itself is 2 levels, 4 beds, 1 bath with a combined lounge/dining and a small balcony and has a large backyard space even though we are on the second floor. It has all the necessities and although a little older it has decent upkeep from our landlord and we love its quirks.

The flatmates: we are all very outgoing people who keep ourselves busy but also enjoy having a quiet (or social) night in during the week e. g. movies, flat dinners, catching up. The flat is certainly our home and not just a place to sleep so we do like to hang out together and catch up over a tea or drink every now and then.

You will be living with:
1x Aussie girl - Jo who is in project management who works from home 80% of the time. Into reading, gardening and crafting & red wine. Will make you dinner and put your washing up.
1x Brit boy - Harry who is born and bred east London. Works in fresh produce (supplies us with free fruit and veg ;) ) Super fun and generous, will shout you a pint!
1x Aussie girl - Ramona who works in an office all week in a teaching agency. Respects her sleep during the week, but will totally let her hair down in her free time. Great listener, very calm and caring.
1x you - Chilled out, reliable, clean, has an income, house trained, toilet trained, wanting to find a home, happy to do your own thing but also have the odd chill out and drink with us. ideally have similar interests to ours and is keen to keep our house a home.
