A replacement tenant is needed for our 1-bed flat in Fizzy Living Stepney Green. Move in from the 6th June 2025. (Date to be confirmed when you go through the process with Fizzy).

The landlord will be raising the rents next year so this is a great chance to get in to avoid the rent increase if you would to go through Fizzy Living.

Myself and my partner unexpectedly need to move out of our lovely 1-bed in Stepney Green so we are looking for a replacement tenant to refer to Fizzy Living. If you're happy with the flat, move in date etc. we'll refer to the Fizzy Living to continue the letting process. Rent is £1965pm with WiFi included. Our bills come to about £200pm including water, gas, elec and council tax.

It's a top floor flat with stunning views of East London and Canary Wharf. The flat is unfurnished, but you can enquire about furnishing by Fizzy Living at an extra fee. Pet rent is not included but available – there's even a pet trolley in the foyer with treats for your furry friends.

The flat is perfect for an individual or couple, and Fizzy offers faff-free renting, which has been perfect for us over the past year. The building has secure bike storage and a communal courtyard, as well as being close to amenities such as Mile End Park, Stepney City Farm and Victoria Park.
