My housemate Hannah and I are looking for a new housemate, as our current one is moving out after finishing her masters.
We’re looking for a sociable housemate (who is also respectful of alone time on phone) to join us and Hannah’s cat, Rigatoni.
About the flat: situated equidistant (sort of) between Whitechapel and Stepney Green, the flat is a converted school with a mezzanine. There is a shared kitchen and living room (pictured). The room is a generous double with an ensuite.
About you: you’re probably in your mid-late twenties and have a full time job. Non smoking and respectful of shared spaces. Couples are welcome, but the room would cost marginally more due to having an extra person.
About us: We’re professionals in our mid twenties (I work in a bank, and Hannah works in publishing), who enjoy evening debriefs over dinner and a comfort show, and having a good mooch on the weekend. Up for pub trips and the like!
