Spacious Room with Balcony in Stepney/Limehouse

Hi everyone!

I’m moving abroad for work and therefore need someone to take over my room. It’s a super big double with its own balcony in a four-bed flat in E1.

It’s not technically an en-suite, but there’s a small toilet right outside the room, and then another bigger bathroom upstairs. There’s no shared living room, so the common spaces are just the kitchen and the bathrooms. The room is on the lower floor with the kitchen and the small loo, the other bedrooms are upstairs with the larger bathroom.

You’d be signing onto the lease with three guys who are all young professionals, super laid back and kind. Everyone in the house tends to work a lot and goes about their own business, so it’s pretty quiet at home, but it’s a very friendly and relaxed environment.

We are looking for someone friendly, respectful, willing to help keep the house clean. Not so much a party house.

The location is super versatile. We are about 12-15 minutes away from three different stations — Stepney Green, Limehouse, Whitechapel. So it’s easy to travel in many directions. There’s a corner shop and a pub downstairs, and it's ten minutes walking to bigger grocery shops. Pure Gym 12 min walk.

Move in date is Oct 1. Can be a bit flexible anytime that first week or so of Oct. Bills are not included but typically come to about 77 pounds per month.
