Cosy communal flat in heart of East London

I am moving so there is a room going in my flat. I've lived here for 3 years and really loved it.
George, Jim and Legs, the current flatmates, are super sweet and love to chat or share a meal but also all have busy jobs so are not around during the day. George is a videographer, Jim is a tech genius and Legs is a tattoo artist.

There is loads of built in storage in the room and space for a desk if you want one.
The room has heating and stays nice and warm in winter.

Bills are not included but usually come out to about ca 120 per month.
Every two weeks a cleaner comes and cleans the common areas which works really well. The rest of the time, everyone pitches in to keep the common areas nice.

The flat also has a private garden which we love to use for BBqs in summer. there is also a balcony with a nice seat, good for morning teas.

The best part about the flat is the people and the location: 5 minutes from Stepney Green Station, 12 minutes from Whitechapel Station, 10 minutes from Bethnal Green tube or overground.
5 minute walk to the canal, 10 minute walk to Victoria park, 20 minute walk to London Fields, 30 minute walk to Shoreditch. honestly couldn't be better.

Deposit is one months rent and the contract is until January when it's expected to renew for another 18 months.

We are ideally looking for a woman to bring some balance to the flat.
