2 double rooms in friendly Stepney Green flatshare

Hey I’m Alice, a 33yo female looking for two friendly, tidy, easygoing housemates to rent two double rooms. Both rooms available from 1st December and can be rented separately or by two mates taking a room each

I currently work 2 days a week in the office and the rest I work from home (desk is in my room). When I’m not working, depending on what hour of the day it is, I’m usually out spending way too much money on coffee, cocktails or small plates, dancing to a DJ somewhere, at the pub, a museum, the gym, local cinema, strolling (or attempting to run) round Vicky park, or just chilling at home.

Looking for male or female housemates age 29+ (no offence intended to anyone younger!) who like a good balance between doing their own thing and hanging out together.

Open to dinner parties, movie nights, or attempting the pub quiz every now and then, but also appreciate everyone needs their solo downtime.

The Rooms
Room 1 - Spacious Double (£840)
- A bright double room, with a bed, chest of drawers and decent size wardrobe included. Perfect room for if you work from home as there’s space for a desk

- The previous housemate is selling their desk, office chair, bedside table, and shelving, which can stay with the room - price negotiable

Room 2 - Cosy Double (£810)
- A smaller double room, furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, small dressing table and small wardrobe space. Great for someone who wants a comfy space at a lower cost

The flat is in Stepney Green (E1) - super convenient and well-connected:
- <5 mins walk to Stepney Green station (District & Hammersmith & City lines)
- 15 mins walk to Whitechapel (Lizzy Line)
- 25 mins walk to Victoria Park

Easy reach to Bethnal Green, Shoreditch, Hackney, Broadway Market and London Fields.

You’ll be in a great area with loads of local cafes, pubs, and green spaces nearby.
