Double Room with Ensuite in Stepney Green

The house is modern with 4 rooms in total - each room with its own en-suite! There is a living room and separate kitchen/eating area and a large backyard with bike shed. The rooms available are:

1x double bedroom with ensuite available from 4th February. This rooms is ~3 x 2.5m and fits a a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table.

The lease ends in April and we will decide prior to that whether to renew.

Bills are ~£150-180 each in total - including council tax, water, energy, broadband and a fortnightly cleaner.

Location wise, we are right around the corner from Stepney Green station which is 15 minutes via District and Hammersmith and city lines to Shoreditch and Aldgate and 30 minutes into Central London. It's a 15 minute walk to Mile End where you'll also be able to jump on the Central line. It's very well connected and there are a number of buses that stop right around the corner.

Regents Canal and Victoria Park are nearby - both are perfect for a stroll in the evening or over the weekend.

You'll be living with:
- Sophie, a 33 year old Consultant from New Zealand, who enjoys pubs, dining out and travelling.
- Kahina, 32 year old from The Netherlands who works in FinTech and enjoys in her free time coffee, hiking, and going to music events
- Suzie, a 28-year-old postgrad student from the US, who loves wine nights, fitness, and a good sauna sesh

Existing flatmates get along well and enjoy spending time together when we can, but also have our own lives and are generally quite busy. We’re looking for someone who is keen to hang out but also who has their own lives and respects our space.
