Double room in Stepney Green (bills included)

A large double room available in Stepney Green with live-in landlord.

The room has a built in wardrobe, space for a desk if you need to wfh occasionally and bookcase. There is a south-facing garden, fairly recently renovated kitchen, large living/dining room, shared bathroom that was also fairly recently renovated and downstairs loo. There is a cleaner who currently comes once every 2 weeks.

The location is great and super well connected: 5 minutes to Stepney Green, 10 mins to Whitechapel, 15 mins to Bethnal Green and 15 mins to Shadwell.

I am in my mid-thirties. I do triathlon so I am often busy running, cycling and swimming as well as other forms of exercise! I’m also into culture like art, theatre, cinema, music. I do occasionally have friends round but this is not a party home. I work from home a couple of days a week.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy, respectful that this is my home, mostly works in the office (although occasional wfh is fine as there is space for a desk in the room), and happy to occasionally share a glass of wine or a chat after work.

Bills are included.

There is a third room that I’ll rent out a couple of nights a week and sometimes have people to stay in.
