Myself and my current flatmate are looking for a 3rd person to move into a different property.

My name is James - I work in the city in sales

My current flat mate, Theo, is a butcher and we’ve been friends since 16 years old.

We’re looking for someone who is a similar age to us, that has a good job, and has their weekends free to explore London with us! We’ve lived in London for a year, and are looking for a 3rd person so we can meet some new people and explore the city.

The benefits of coming with us is we can all look for a place together that makes sense for everyone.

With theo working in London fields, and myself in the city, we’d like to move to somewhere near Victoria park / Dalston / Hackney area.

We have our own beds, sofas, living room furniture (ps5, huge TV, sky sports, BT sports etc)

We’re on a monthly rolling contract so we have flexibility on a move in date.
