Hi all,

My room is up for rent as I will be moving out soon to live elsewhere after staying for 3 years here, and this wonderful large room has become available for rent.

You’ll be moving in on the 10th of March if you wish so, and the actual contract date starts on the 19th of March meaning you get more than a week’s rent free which will have been paid off by me already, as I will move out before the 10th.
All the paperwork and handover will be done through them, the agency at their office of course once you have agreed that the room is to your liking, hence no funny business or trickery.
The room is very spacious with ample storage and enough space to fit two tables and even a 65 inch TV (my personal of course).

The main hall also has huge storage spaces which have been a blessing too (shown in the photos and more space made as as I get my stuff out)

There are two bathrooms, one is an entirely shower unit and the other a mini shower unit plus main toilet, which saves the trouble of any clashes.

Fully standard kitchen and the washing machine has a dryer which has been super helpful.

The house facility includes a cleaner who comes twice a month, and a portal is available through the agency for any issues in the house (quite handy and fast if I do say so myself).

The building has a lift and is gated and secured, and pleasantly enough cleaners clean up the entire building twice a month from elevators to the staircases and halls etc.

You, the future tenant will be taking over my contract which ends mid September 2026, which can be extended even if you wish to, upon request to the agency.

The bills are fixed in the contract and you are eligible for rebates based on the usage. The bills are fixed at the moment and usage comes well below what the rate is fixed at, and the agency is awesome enough to send the actual bills in PDF via mail from the utility company which helps keep track of how much money you will get back based on your usage deducted from the fixed bills they have set.

There are two bus stops each on both end of the building, and is a 3 minute walk towards each. Whitechapel station is a mere 7 min walk away from the flat, a large park nearby and plenty of food shops and off-licenses nearby open well late.

The area itself feels very safe to walk around even late night when returning home, which was really comforting knowing after I had moved in.

The flatmates are really pleasant people, polite and quiet and are quite friendly and helpful. Fortunately easy to get along and nice to chat with from time to time.
