I’m moving out of my room in Stepney Green and looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The rent is £815 per month and the flat is in a great location, just a 6 minute walk from Stepney Green station on the District and Circle lines, so it’s super easy to get around London.

The room itself is large and bright with really nice natural light, making it a great space to relax and make your own. The flat has a lovely lounge area to chill in and a modern kitchen that’s fully equipped with a dishwasher and all the other amenities. There’s also a nice, well-kept bathroom that also has inside a washer and dryer.

You’ll be living with four others (2 girls and 2 boys) aged between 25–30. Everyone is friendly, outgoing, and respectful, and it’s a professional household with a really good balance of social and relaxed vibes.
