Cute room in Victorian building near Whitechapel.

My sister and I own the flat but she is not living in London atm. Therefore we are looking for someone to take her room! It is a double room with really nice morning light, a built in book shelf, and is furnished. There is a
living room with a fireplace and original features as well as a separate kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, and multiple ovens. There is also separate utility closet with a washer-dryer and the shared bathroom has a separate WC and washroom - ideal for busy mornings. The building is a Victorian block and there are beehives in the shared courtyard.

I love music, coffee, museums, gardening, and reading.

Bills: council tax, gas, electricity, and wifi. Will likely be around £100 a month.

There is limited space for a desk so it is not ideal for someone who is working from home everyday.
