I am travelling for a month, and I'm looking for someone mature and respectful to look after my flat during this period. Ideally you'd take over for the whole month.

Located in the heart of Stepney Green with a park and the farm on your doorstep, as well as a canal 15 minutes away for a stroll.

Transport-wise, you have Whitechapel (Elizabeth line, District line, Overground line) within a 10-minute walk, Shadwell (DLR) within 15min walk and Bethnal Green too (Central). Not to mention countless buses!

ABOUT THE SUBLET TERMS
- Max 2 people
- No pets
- The price is much lower than the market in this area, as I will be leaving it more like an Airbnb - so you will find pots/glasses in the kitchen, as well as some books and my bike (this shouldn't impact as there's plenty of space for it:).
- I will require the full payment up front on the day you pick up the keys.
