Bright King Size in Stepney Green

Hello there! We are looking for a new person to join our flat in Stepney Green, as I (Chris) will be moving out to live with my partner in July/August (I can be flexible to your schedule if needed).

Rent is £1080.86 per month, plus bills (usually £110-£140).

THE ROOM:
The room is spacious, with built-in storage and a king size bed (with a glorious Emma mattress). The room gets plenty of sun, and comes with a desk and chair suitable for home working.

LOCATION:
We're incredibly well located, at a 5 minute walking distance from Stepney Green station (District and Hammersmith & City lines), 15 minute walk to Whitechapel (District, Hammersmith & City, Elizabeth Line, Windrush), and 10 minutes to Limehouse (DLR).

You'll be sharing with two other flatmates, but one has an ensuite, so you'll only have to share the bathroom with one person (Alex) - So no morning queues for the shower!

There's a shared living room - It's enormous, with a huge comfortable sofa, dining space and a brand-new TV to enjoy.

The existing flatmates (Alex and Zaki) are friendly creative professionals who are very respectful of personal space.

The area is wonderful - We're just over the road from Stepney Green City farm, and down the road from Genesis Cinema and the historic Rinkoffs Bakery (I recommend the cinnamon buns).

The flat is in excellent condition, and the letting agency is typically quick to respond to any maintenance requests.

I've lived here for years, and have loved staying here - but domestic bliss awaits. We are looking for someone by August 8 at the absolute latest, but can be flexible for those willing to move in sooner.
