Cosy Double in Shared Flat, East London

✨Hi! I am looking for someone to replace me in this friendly home in Stepney Green, from the 11th of October 2026. The available room is a small double in a spacious flat.✨

The flat has three bedrooms, a large living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. There is also access to a communal garden. We have great storage, so you will have an additional built-in double wardrobe just outside the room. The room itself is garden facing with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It could be possible to fit a small desk in there with some rearranging, but would probably not be ideal for someone looking to work from home often.

It's located on a quiet street with great transport links - 5 minutes from Stepney Green station and 10 minutes from Bethnal Green and Whitechapel stations. We also have great bus links (8, 25, 205). There are good pubs/restaurants/supermarkets nearby, and a cinema near the end of the road. There is a new Aldi opening up 5 minutes away, and a big Sainsbury’s 10 mins walk away. Only a 15-20 minute walk from Victoria park and Colombia Road too!

You will be sharing with two female professionals, working in fashion and graphic design. They are in their mid twenties and like to keep the flat clean and tidy. Ideally we are looking for someone considerate, who will happily join for an after work chat/wine, and the odd afternoon exploring London or dinner out, but who also appreciates having their own space.

The rent will be £748.41 per month with bills not included. You will be taking over the council tax bill (band D), using Splitwise to share the cost of all bills (roughly £110/month each for council tax, water, wifi, and electricity). A deposit of one month's rent will be required. The property is rented directly from a landlord who lives locally and is really helpful and prompt.

The room will be available from 11th of October 2026 and is only suitable for long term rents (at least a year).
