I am sadly moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely East London house!

You’d be living with Anna (26) & Sandhya (26). They lived together for the last 3 years in Manchester and East London. They love a visit to local pubs and bars (+ a tuesday night pub quiz), cinema trips, gym classes and the occasional Saturday morning run around Victoria Park as well as trying out fun events/ festivals around London.

The location is super central, 10 mins to Bethnal Green tube station, 5 minutes to Stepney Green, 15 to the Elizabeth line and overground. Victoria Park/Shoreditch/London Fields all within walking distance as well as 15 min walk to a big Sainsbury's.

The room and the house:

- Rent is £925 plus bills.

- The house itself is really spacious with a big kitchen and separate living and dining room, and a beautiful big garden.

- Kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 ovens and big hob.

- Full bathroom upstairs with bath and shower and second toilet downstairs

The room is available from mid October, however this is a tenancy transfer so you’ll need to pass referencing with Dexters before official move in date.
