Hi! We are looking for an easy going person to join us in this amazing house. We live in an old Victorian terrace, wooden floors throughout, double glazed sash windows! It has a living room AND dining room, two bathrooms, a fireplace in each room, a lovely garden. What more could you ask for?!

Stepney Green Tube station is 3 minute walk around the corner (whitechapel High street) which links to Hammersmith & City Line and District Line) and this is also on the main bus routes into london.

The room available is large! It's on the middle floor of a 3 floor house. Double bed, wardrobe, 2 large windows, 2x storage cupboards etc.

You will be moving in with me (Adam) - I've been living in London for 3 years and working as an events producer. My mate Dave (second tenant)is an Architect and has also been living in London for the past few years. We are both very easy going. We work pretty much long hours all week and then usually up to fun stuff on the weekends. We are very sociable, we have a huge group of friends in every corner of London and frequently have dinners, pub lunches, birthday parties, cycle rides, movies, etc.

We are looking for a sociable easy going person who is willing to hang out and do stuff. We have a cleaner but we also run a pretty tight ship in the kitchen so being clean, tidy and considerate is essential!!

If you think we sound like your cup of tea and you're up for joining our home, get in touch asap because the room is going to go very quickly! Viewings available in the evenings after 7 and on the weekend!

Bills vary between £80-100pm.

PS. The landlord required full time job and credit check, which takes 5 days to complete, so if your moving in it needs to be done ASAP!
