I'm a french professional living in london for almost 3 years and looking for a fun / cool but serious girl to share this lovely flat in Stepney Green / Bethnal Green area, East London.

More about the flat:
It's a converted church that has been refurbished quite recently so the whole building is pretty much new. The flat is located on the 1st floor of the annexe and features:
- one shared living room: some of the furniture will go but the couch, library, tables will stay
- one shared bathroom
- one shared kitchen: fully equipped
- one large bedroom (mine)
- one smaller bedroom (maybe yours soon :)) - the bedroom will be furnished with one mattress, bedside, wardrobe, and a chest of drawers if you'd like to or unfurnished. Up to you!

Surroundings:
- The flat is 5mns walk from Stepney Green Station / 8mns from Bethnal Green station
- 20mns from Shoreditch, 15 mns from Broadway Markets, Flower Market (Columbia road), Brick Lane, Liverpool Strett
- Sainsbury whitechapel, tesco and the cooperative are all within walking distance from the flat as well

More about me:
29 years old french girl working in PR, central london. Loves cooking, going out, shopping, exhibitions, have drinks with friends, going to the cinema or simply enjoy a nice drink / meal at home. Although, it's a cool neighbourhood and i'm easy-going myself it's not a party flat and i like peace and cleanliness at home :)
Also, important note: this is a pet free flat and this ad is available for professional girls only, sorry!

Details about the rent / expenses:
- The room will be available from september 1st, 2014 for 6 months (so should end around end February/March)
- the flat was initially rent unfurnished so all the furniture in there are mine but happy to share!
- Rent: £700 / month excluding bills and council tax
- the flat is handled by an agency so be aware that a new contract will have to be written and fee will apply for your moving - to be discussed at the time we meet.
