We are having to renew our lease in October and our two housemates have to move back to Nottingham so we are looking for 1 new person to renew with us! We have 1 room left available in our ground floor, 2 storey flat. Huge bedroom amazing backyard with lounges and BBQ's. 1 minute walk to the tube station and roughly 20 minute walk to brick lane.
Bills aren't included but you are looking anywhere between 30-50 pounds per month. 50 being the absolute max!
You'd be living with two 21 year old Girls! We moved to London together about 4 months ago. We love to go out, party, festivals, music, the pub, family dinners, fashion, etc. We are a very sociable house and looking for someone likeminded :)
We don't want people who are going to lock themselves in their room and not socialise. We are a very friendly home and we like to socialise with one another.
