We are looking for one more flatmate.
We are three UCL students from Italy, Germany and Mauritius and are looking for a sociable and tidy person to live in the flats’ biggest room. As there is not a lot of space in the kitchen and we don’t have a living room we would ask for the person to agree to sometimes having dinner together or just enjoying a drink using the table in their room. The room also has access to a small balcony.
The house is a 40 seconds walk to the tube station Stepney Green. There are also two night buses, number 25 (going to oxford circus) and number 205 (going to Euston square).
The room would be £140 pw excluding bills and would be around £145 pw with bills included.
