Double bedroom in a beautiful church conversion

Dear humans of London,

We have just paid in a holding deposit for a house which is a conversion of one of the church buildings in Stepney Green. The place is freakishly awesome.

Due to some personal reasons one of our soon-to-be flatmates has pulled out of the deal at the last moment.

Unfortunately we don't have the actual pictures at the moment (house is being refurbished) but we the photos uploaded are from a neighbouring property (same housing complex, our is being refurbished in the same way but it's MUCH BIGGER). About the house itself :

0. Ground floor : Separate toilet, big living room with an entrance to a massive garden, separate kitchen with all amenities that we need to survive - dishwasher, fridge, washing machine etc.

1. First floor : Double room with bathroom

2. Second floor : Double room (the one that we are looking replacement for) and a single one.

The double room on second floor is of a good size with a big window looking over the awesome garden. The price is £790 pcm, bills/council tax not included. The property is unfurnished, but that's the area in which we can get creative!

Viewing will be organised on Monday. You will have to be able to provide references.

About us :

We met at the university and stayed friends since then. One of us is a software engineer working within London startup scene and the other one is a Phd student at UCL. We work hard during the week and have fun over the weekends. We're chilled, sociable and will have friends over from time to time.
