Large double room – modern terrace house

I’m heading back home to Australia and looking for someone to replace me.

The double room is available from Tuesday 18 November in a large, modern four bedroom terrace house in Stepney Green; conveniently central area in east London.

THE HOUSE:
- Well-built house that stays warm during winter, and cool in summer (which helps keeps energy bills to a minimum)
- Huge, modern, fully fitted kitchen (including dishwasher!!)
- Two bathrooms (one is shared between three) and three toilets
- Large, shared living and dining area.
- Backyard, with BBQ
- Fast Wi-Fi
- House sits toward the end of a cul-de-sac, so nice and quiet

THE ROOM:
- Clean, bright and sunny (like the rest of the house)
- Comes with a double bed, chest of draws
- Additional storage is available around the house, in the sunroom/study if needed

VERY WELL-CONNECTED
- Two minute walk from Stepney Green station (District and Hammersmith & City lines) and one Tube stop from Central line and Overground.
- Brick Lane/Shoreditch/Hoxton/Victori a Park is less than 15 minutes away.
- 1 minute walk from Co-op
- 2 minute bus ride from the giant Sainsbury’s supermarket in Whitechapel

HOUSEMATES:
You’ll be sharing with three relaxed, clean and respectful house mates:
- Nic, 27 Swede working in sales
- Chris, 33 Swede undertaking his masters
- Franzi, 26 German undertaking her PhD

COST:
- £690 (plus bills, which average to about £40-50 per person per month)
- 6 weeks deposit required (£937. 50)
- Minimum 6 months, with the option of extending your lease if you wish.
