Hi there! I am looking for a lodger for a double room in Stepney, E1 at £900 pcm fully inclusive. Short or long term.

Large relaxed space available beginning of October, for someone who likes a quiet and civilised life. Sky TV and 75 Mbps actual broadband. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas hobs, multi-oven, fan microwave, bath, great powerful shower, airing cupboard, etc.

You'll share day to day life in a large maisonette with terrace and garden with an easy-going laid-back gay man. When out of lockdown I work long hours and so you will have the place to yourself a lot of the time.

Would suit an omnivore as I like to share the cooking, and dine together, when occasions present themselves.

BBC Radio 4, conversation, classical music, playing piano, cooking and reading a common theme. Superb location, easy transport links.

There's a 15 m x 5 m garden and 3 m x 4 m terrace. If you’re a keen gardener that is a bonus to us both!

Would particularly suit gay men who are not afraid to stand out from the crowd. And homely types too!
